As Vice President of Global Marketing, Gloria is responsible for the development, management and evolution of Destination Canada's marketing and communications strategy. Gloria works with teams to design and develop global marketing strategies that will result in more travellers choosing Canada for their next trip.

David is a travel marketing, CIM qualified expert with over 10 years experience specialising in B2C and B2Bmarketing, brand partnerships and campaign management. Formerly Campaign Marketing Manager at Contiki, David is now Director Partner Marketing for The Travel Corporation.

Teboho Mahlatsi

Film Director

Born in 1974, Teboho Mahlatsi graduated from the Africa Cultural Centre Film & Television Course and then spent five years working as a screenwriter. He has written, produced and directed many projects, including the documentary Ghetto Diaries for the South African educational channel SABC Education TV, and the highly controversial television series Yizo Yizo, winning Best Director and Best Drama series at the Avanti awards (South Africa’s equivalent to the Emmys).

Daniel Bury

Film Director

Daniel Bury is a writer and director specializing in emerging technology. His virtual reality work has been reviewed in Cannes Film Festival by Screen Anarchy as "impressive... both remarkable cinematography, and a subtly moving story." Daniel works directly with indigenous and local communities to collaborate and create compelling immersive experiences that can also be distributed in traditional formats and social media.

Jessica Riches

Social Media Strategist

Jessica is an award-winning freelance digital marketer who specialises in paid and organic social media, youth or social impact-focused brands and regularly speaks about digital engagement in the media and at events.

Kjersti Stensrud


Kjersti works as a digital content creator for VisitOSLO, with copywriting and everything related to text production for digital media as her field of expertise. She holds a PhD in linguistics from the University of Chicago, and is passionate about all the exciting developments that take place at the intersection of language and technology. She likes to explore new things and has taken part in developing VisitOSLO’s first augmented reality project.
