Visit Denmark - The future of the digital user journey for tourists
This project involves an analysis of how the tourist's digital journey will change in the years 2025-2030 and a recommendation for further development of VisitDenmark’s digital position.
Those DMOs who better understand what this future will look like will be better prepared to face it and be successful. The future of public destination websites and common national tourism databases is a bit uncertain, but we commit to discovering how they will look in this project. The same applies to the relevance of having few digital channels and non-commercial products.
