COVID-19 has seriously threatened the global economy since the very first days. Among all the economic sectors, the tourism industry has been almost entirely wiped out, with DMOs and the local industry struggling to respond to the crisis and finding valuable advisory and guidance.

Completely aware of the challenges the tourism industry is currently facing, we have created an Agile Response Team made of expert coaches that will help DMOs reacting to the crisis, providing practical answers and personal advisory with their expertise.
To help with your recovery, you will be followed by one of our dedicated Response Team Coaches, who will provide you personalised advisory through online sessions, where they will address your specific destination needs.

3 Key Principles

To support this, we have three main initiatives that will allow and encourage destinations to share the coaching expertise with their local industry and beyond. 



The Sharing Initiative

By engaging our Agile Response Team we ask that you sign-up to participate in our 'Sharing Initiative', which ensures that every 1 hour of advice given is 100 hours shared.


For every support request, we ask that both the advisor and organisation requesting advice share the outcomes for the wider community to benefit, both other DMOs but your industry too.


20% Initiative

Our Agile Response Team have all signed-up to our 20% initiative, agreeing to donate 20% additional support time to be given back to directly support tourism businesses in your destination.
Depending on the amount of time you book with a member of our Agile Response Team, additional 'Industry Credit' will go to supporting your destination's businesses who are in need of it most.

Fair Price Pledge

Our Agile Response Team have been asked to provide expertise, support and knowledge in accordance with our 'Fair Price Pledge'.


This fixes fair prices for support, aligned with a comparable salary remuneration for those who have been recently laid-off, or waiving normal consulting fees for independent contractors, committing to a 50% cut of their normal daily fee. During this period, the DTTT 12.5% fee will be discretionary for those who are not in a position to pay.
