What you can expect
In this workshop, you'll have the privilege of learning from a food and lifestyle photographer. You'll capture the full short-circuit farm to food story which is so rich in Jersey, starting out with a visit to Jersey's iconic market to meet Bill, one of Jersey's ambassadors and someone who's passionate about the quality of Jersey's locally sourced fresh produce. You'll then head to Jersey's Farm School Initiative to muck-in and learn all about where the food on your plate comes from before heading to Nude Food, one of Jersey's up and coming 'clean eating' eateries where you'll put some dishes together with nothing but raw ingredients.
As a team of visual storytellers, you'll discover how authentic product experiences can be conveyed creatively, passionately and in an engaging way which tells the story evocatively in its entirety. With food being such a key driver of tourism, its important as a destination you can authentically convey the depth and authenticity of what may well be one of your biggest brand strengths.
