Jen Schaefer

As the content strategy lead for Google Travel, Jen oversees content elements across diverse products, including Hotels search, Flights search, the Destinations search immersive, and the Google Trips app, with the goal of creating the best possible user experience. As part of defining the content strategy, she has developed guidelines on Google Travel’s unique voice and how to cohesively integrate partner content. Previously, she was an editor for Alaska Airline’s inflight magazine.
