Mawghan McCabe has 10 years of experience working in the sales and customer success space, and is the director of sales for EMEA of Engagor, the most comprehensive platform for real-time customer engagement, social media monitoring and analytics. Mawghan works with a team of more than 50 employees based in Belgium, the Middle East and the United States.
Prior to joining Engagor, Mawghan was director of sales at Cavalor North America where she was responsible for managing the development, customer services, design and product teams in North America. She was also in charge of Cavalor’s growth strategy and strategic partnerships. She managed 15 representatives, 100 dealers and grew the sales 100% each year. Restructured sales team, implemented salesforce.com CRM and designed sales plan with budget. She worked closely with the director of marketing in designing all materials and campaigns.
Before this, Mawghan was a lead sales representative at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker where she focused primarily on real estate solutions for the office market. Working with both local as well as institutional landlords and tenants, sharing knowledge of the market enabled assisting both parties more effectively. She closed over $34 Million of lease and sale transactions. Named Power Broker by CoStar 2007 and 2008.
Mawghan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Leadership Development from Vanderbilt University, USA (2003).
