The connecting element in my career is a strong affection for the crossroad of design & technology and a joy to share my knowledge and experiences through writing and public speaking. In my daytime job I'm managing director of Eindhoven Marketing, the organization responsible for citymarketing of Eindhoven region, named Eindhoven365. Eindhoven connects various sectors and stakeholders to communicate our smart society and citizens to a relevant global audience with the aid of digital media technologies. A clear, accurate and distinctive image adds to the attractiveness of the city and core region. Branding this destination through the unconventional experiences and curiosity raising events and activaties is the strategy to punch above our weight and to connect to other 'secondary cities' with a healthy ambition and focus.
