Vincent has more than 15 years experience in marketing, but is relatively new in tourism. His expertise in various environment such as the mobile industry, start-up, consultant, etc. allow him to suggest different approach to solve today's DMO challenges. As Marketing Director for Geneva Tourism over the last 5 years, his main focus was to shift the organization from a classic to a digital & promotional player. He is a strong believer of the need to create differentiation and added-value products to co-exist with the very powerful OTA today. His digital team is currently building a one stop shop booking experience that should contribute to change the promotion model of the destination. In his free time, he still loves to travel and discover the world.
