Melvin Mak

With 15 years of experience in the tourism industry of which over a decade in TUI's sustainability team, Melvin gained extensive knowledge of the positive and negative impact of travel and tourism. In his current role, Melvin is the co-creator of the TUI Group Sustainability agenda and responsible for a range of sustainable transformation projects. His main focus is to successfully lead the Destination Co-Lab Rhodes, aiming to develop the Greek island into an international beacon for sustainable development of holiday destinations. As a leader in sustainability Melvin is a big proponent of collaborative approaches that creates positive impact for the business, the industry and beyond.
