Nelleke Meijer

Nelleke is a Dutch online advertising specialist and passionate community manager of the digital nomads community "Live it up, Las Palmas!" in Gran Canaria. She runs her own online marketing agency since 2016 and arrived in Gran Canaria in 2018, after digital nomading for 2,5 years in South East Asia. She fell in love with the island immediately and started to organize events for digital nomads shortly after.

Since 2018 she dedicated her free time to build a strong community for digital nomads, remote workers, expats and local entrepreneurs, coming from a deeply rooted passion to connect people. Anno 2022, many community members describe "Live it up, Las Palmas!" as the most welcoming and engaging digital nomads community they have ever experienced.
