This template helps you gather valuable feedback on your design ideas through multiple "feedback loops". By iteratively testing and refining your solution, you can ensure it truly meets user needs and achieves its desired outcomes.

Group Activity:

1. Sketch & Summarise (5 minutes):

- Left Pane: Briefly sketch or illustrate your design idea in the left space.

- Description: Write a 1-2 sentence summary of your idea next to the sketch.

2. Instant Feedback (5 minutes):

- Each participant silently writes their initial reactions to the idea in the "Instant Feedback" box.

- Focus on first impressions and avoid overthinking.

3. Thoughtful Feedback (10 minutes):

- Discuss the idea openly, considering the "Instant Feedback" points.

- Analyse the idea's strengths, weaknesses, and potential impact on users.

- Write more detailed feedback in the "Thoughtful Feedback" box.

4. Iteration & Exploration (30 minutes):

- Use sticky notes to explore variations and improvements to your initial idea.

- Sketch alternative designs, consider new features, or address raised concerns.

- Encourage diverse perspectives and build upon each other's suggestions.
