Let’s see failure just as something that doesn't work because it's not particularly interesting. If you take more risks, you get quickly and cheaply to the solution.

Think about a failure in your life: How did that failure affect you? What did you learn from it? What will you do to avoid that same failure in the future?

Failure is an opportunity... Experiment and then experiment again!

The prototyping phase is essential to verify the effectiveness of ideas, before launching the final version. Every little step is important to change the status quo.

Restless Reinvention: represents active and continuous testing and learning in order to improve the solution to a problem through iteration (applying small or big changes to improve something existing).

Everything is a prototype, a model for what comes later.

Prototype your solution

Remember the solutions you identified in the previous phase 'Ideating'? Now it's time to vote the best one, and decide how to make it a concrete action. This is the prototyping phase, the stage in which you verify and plan the feasibility of your solution.

After briefly describing your solution, what problem is solving and who are the users involved, start to illustrate the concept more in detail. Consider then its potential failures, which parts of it need to be tested and what KPIs can be utilised to evaluate its performance.

Finally, give a time-frame to your solution: how long will it take to implement and when is it going to happen?
