Design Thinking Templates

Design Thinking Templates

‍

We believe Design Thinking will be key in developing your new DMO's Sustainable Journey, that is why we have created two "templates" with the most relevant points you should always keep in mind.

‍

‍

Design Thinking Framework

‍

This template provides an overview of the Design Thinking framework, allowing you to look back into the different stages of the process at any point in time. In addition, it includes some of the most important concepts of the method.

‍

Diverse Empowered Teams

‍

The key to developing a successful and integrated sustainable strategy will lay in your organisation's Diverse Empowered Team, as it's important to have different opinions and backgrounds to have the richest input possible. Thus, this template will remind you of the keys to having such a team.
