Director of Communication and Digital Marketing at VisitPortugal where she coordinates the development of the Destination’s promotion, namely the creative and asset production, digital media campaigns, digital ecosystem management, social media network presence and also the relationship with the international media. Filipa was the Unit Manager of RepriseMedia Portugal (IPG Group’s Portuguese performance marketing unit) where she developed projects for clients such as TAP Portugal, Unilever JM, BMW, Microsoft and Coca-Cola Company (among others). Over 15 years of professional experience dedicated to digital marketing, she has garnered experience in different sectors and areas such as performance marketing, digital branding and digital acceleration projects.
Ian is working to drive forward the strategic direction of the visitor economy in NewcastleGateshead and the wider North East.
