Her career spans global roles with technology leaders, agile product teams and innovation labs - designing and delivering everything from multi-million pound product development with AWS and Microsoft to £500k+ innovation programmes for SaaS products.

Rooted in the North East of England, Jenna leads the 5G Immersive Lab, where she works hands-on with over SMEs to explore how immersive technology and next-generation connectivity can reshape local industries - from tourism to transport. With a background in user-led design, agile methodologies and strategic partnership building, her focus is on making cutting-edge technology accessible and impactful for regional businesses.
