Jonas Rothe

Jonas Rothe is the founder and CEO ofTimeRide GmbH. Born in Dresden, he studied culture and music management in Munich. He then worked as SeniorConsultant & Head of Business Development for the consulting firm actori in the culture and education sector. With the founding of TimeRide in 2016 and the opening of the first attraction in Cologne just one year later, Jonas Rothe fulfilled his childhood dream of time travel. His time travel concept allows guests to travel back in time thanks to state-of-the-art VR technology, multi-sensory special effects and elaborately staged interiors. Jonas Rothe subsequently opened further TimeRides in Dresden, Munich, Berlin and Frankfurt am Main. His virtual time travels have been awarded the German Tourism Prize, among others.
