Description

As AI becomes more embedded in how organisations write, research and communicate, the question of how to use it responsibly and disclose it honestly has moved from a theoretical concern to a practical one that teams are navigating every day.

This LinkedIn Live introduces our open model AI Transparency Framework and breaks down how it works in practice. The framework comprises four independently versioned models covering contribution, productivity, environmental impact and content integrity, giving organisations a clear and consistent way to record and communicate AI involvement across any project or deliverable.

The session will also introduce a suite of supporting tools, including the AI Ethics Consideration Tool, which helps teams surface ethical, legal and data considerations before work begins, and the AI Transparency Card, which generates a shareable record of AI involvement alongside any finished output.

Key Topics:

  • Understanding the Framework: How the four models work together to create an honest and structured approach to AI disclosure across different types of work.
  • Ethical Decision-Making Before Publication: How the AI Ethics Consideration Tool supports teams in making the right calls at the right moment, before content goes live rather than after.
  • Transparency as a Trust Signal: Why communicating AI involvement clearly protects audience trust and organisational reputation in an environment where the line between human and AI output is increasingly difficult to identify.
  • Shaping Future Development: How peer committees bringing together industry, academia and policymakers will guide how the framework evolves and what that means for organisations that want to contribute.
