Jelena joined NTO Montenegro a year and a half ago and has since become an integral part of our team. Despite her relatively short time in the tourism industry, her strong willingness to learn and dedicated work ethic have enabled her to manage several major markets, including the UK, DACH, Scandinavia, and the US. Her primary focus is the UK market, where she has demonstrated exceptional responsibility in collaborating with prominent companies and promoting Montenegro. Her outstanding contributions have earned her the title of Employee of the Month.

Before she joined NTO Montenegro she was working as an English teacher in primary school where she had an opportunity at yust 22 years to teach 1st, 3rd and 7th grade, and made a remarkable impression.

Experience of playing volleyball professionally during her school year, and representing Montenegro with the National team, has contributed to her developing a strong work ethic at a very young age. As you know, being an athlete, especially a good one in a team sport, requires a lot dedication, sacrifice and willingness to work hard and develop new skills
