Katie is reliable, hard working, and a valued team member. She first started with VisitArran as a workplace student whilst at Arran High School, and has since gone on to study travel, tourism and marketing, coming out with a First Class Honours Degree, and the highest mark in her year group!

Katie's customer service is excellent, whether verbal or written and she deals with a variety of requests from visitors to Arran and also businesses that we work with. Katie is very approachable, flexible and happy to take on new and additional responsibilities.
