With this session, we'll kick off the last module of the DTTT Sustainability Leadership Programme, which focuses on co-designing strategies for a sustainable future.
Before focusing on the three different parts into which the session is divided, we'll have a quick check-in discussion to help us determine where sustainability sits for us and evaluate the dispersion of knowledge and expertise in sustainability.

Before focusing on the three different parts into which the session is divided, we'll have a quick check-in discussion to help us determine where sustainability sits for us and evaluate the dispersion of knowledge and expertise in sustainability.
The first part of the session will be an exploration of different design programmes and methods that you can implement in your organisations. We'll then look at different approaches by which you can integrate design into your processes and go through a number of fun, effective and engaging activities that can help us to take design to the next level within your organisation.
By means of inspiring you, the second part of the session will start with a revision of some of the best cases in which design has been applied to innovation. We believe that evaluating the "pros and cons" of embedding design in-house or through outsourcing is extremely important, which is why we'll also look into this subject.
Towards the end of this section, we'll focus on collaboration and how it can broaden our horizon, which is why we'll also discuss the potential of engaging with experts, specialists and consultants throughout the design process.
The last part of the session will focus on exploring start-up and innovation ecosystems by means of investing in collective transformation. Furthermore, we'll look into competitiveness and how we can evaluate it through measurements and rankings.

On Tuesday we had a live discussion to jointly evaluate what are the conversations and tools that are needed in the industry in order to make sustainability a shared goal. 💬
