20 Minute Assessment Process

The Transformation Assessment is thorough and systematic, allowing us to develop a deep understanding of the entire organisation. Working through twelve stages, you should set aside about twenty minutes of your time to answer to each question carefully.
Some destinations choose to complete the assessment as a team, where they can pool their ideas and agree collectively on each point.

Individual Scorecard & Recommended Actions

Each DMO will receive an individual scorecard setting out their results for each of the twelve assessment areas, allowing them to quantifiably measure improvements and reassess their score over time to measure the impact of change.
Tailor Made Transformation Plan
The #DTTT's team of experts are on hand to tailor make a bespoke Transformation Plan, which will start with the results of the assessment. Depending on your needs, we can set-out a self-guided Transformation Plan or an Expert Led Transformation Plan spanning anything from three months to two years.
The Global Industry Benchmark
We're in the process of building a global benchmark for destination transformation. Over time, as we build up a set of anonymised scores, we'll be able to share

As you work on transforming your organisation, the DMO Transformation Assessment gives you a point of reference to see if you improve over time. You can also continue to measure your score against the industry and see how you compare and which areas require the most improvement.
