It's time to gather and plan with your team how to test the feasibility of your prototype. Testing is the best way to reduce the risk of failure. Gather all your team members and/or users to give a feedback on the solution and redefine it accordingly.

It's time to gather and plan with your team how to test the feasibility of your prototype. Testing is the best way to reduce the risk of failure. Gather all your team members and/or users to give a feedback on the solution and redefine it accordingly.

Testing the Solution - Giving Feedback

Use this template to test the solution you came up with: to do so, gather all your team members and final users.

‍

As a first step, let somebody form your team describe the solution to solve the challenge. It can be in form of a statement, a workflow process or a mix of the two.

‍

Then, quickly react to the solution. Be spontaneous and let out whatever idea comes out of your mind. Don't think too much in this phase, just tell everyone what would you improve about the solution.

‍

Now that you have a first impression, take your time to think more thoughtfully and give more articulate feedback in the second area.

‍

After selecting the most valuable feedback during a voting session, use them to redefine your solution.

‍

Then, based on your feedback and the one of others, you can also describe your own 'variation' of the idea.

‍

If you have developed a mockup for a landing page, a website or any visuals for your idea, use the area on the right end of the page to present it and let people vote the features they like.
