Last year we launched the inaugural X. Design Week - our most ambitious and immersive event yet, 100% design-led and truly unlike any other event.


In 2023, where we'll be scaling this up in a new partnership with TNW - The Next Web.  XDW x TNW takes place in València 29th & 30th March, with the focus of Place, Purpose, Playfulness. Join us and put your newfound design skills into practice, hear from incredible speakers who represent change and transformation and take inspiration by participating in one of Europe's biggest start-up festivals.


X. Festival has also been a huge success since it started in 2020, however many of you have been calling for a return to in-person - reminiscing on Innovation Campus and DTTT Global. Rest assured, in 2023 X. Festival will be in-person and unforgettable, so please pre-register for free, so we can count you in when dates and venue are announced this Spring.

2. Join a Leadership Roundtable

Did you know we launched a new programme of invite-only Leadership Roundtables, starting with the Digital Leaders Roundtable launched last November, with plans to run these quarterly. Leadership roundtables gather only the most committed, high-level true leaders, thanks to their expertise, hands-on working approach and true subject-matter knowledge. They are invitation only to ensure only the most passionate and committed take part. If you'd like to join, we'll add you to the list.

Did you know we have more than 750 cases, templates and insights on nearly every topic DMOs find themselves working on today? We're working hard to improve search, build this out further and add things like favourites to assist you in your search for best practice.


As a member, please don't be shy. Think of our chat like a smart speaker, just smarter. If you have a questions such as "Do you have insights on how different DMOs are using data?" or "Do you have any examples of how destinations are implementing sustainability?", the knowledge team are on-hand to help.


Recent queries surfaced highly detailed replies. Typically we'll provide 5-10 examples and a fully-detailed overview of why we have highlighted the cases we have, with links to further information or the offer of a personal introduction.

7. Get featured in our Always-On Marketing Calendar

Did you know we've been building an always-on marketing calendar for members? You can subscribe to this and use it as part of your day-to-day marketing planning, so you'll never miss great storytelling opportunities. We've added more than 100 'Always on-Marketing' ideas to the calendar for members, we'll be building this out with campaign and story ideas, templates and references for you and your team to take inspiration from.
