Saniya introduces us to Pilota, an organisation built on the concept of maintaining the safety and confidence in air travel in the midst of the pandemic.

In a time where all service providers are doing as much as they can in order to ensure ease of travel, Pilota provide an answer to the concern in lack of communication – FlySafe, an AI chatbot that assesses travel risk in line with a user's personal requirements.

FlySafe compares the compatibility of a user's needs by combining data from providers, utilising AI and data-driven insights and evaluating the alignment between the user and the service currently provided.

The way that we've built FlySafe is such that right now it can be helpful, and in the future it can continue to be helpful by adding in different measures that are personal to the user

As well as an easy and accessible website plug-in being developed, Pilota is also providing a new service in their PilotaBot – a chatbot enabling users to have quick and accessible information regarding their travel experience, such as restrictions in their origin or destination, COVID cases, and what is currently available at the desired location.
